What this covers
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, “selling” and “sharing” cover more than exchanging data for money. They include passing information about your visit to advertising partners so they can show you ads elsewhere — what the law calls cross-context behavioural advertising.
Sterling Sails does not sell your personal information for money. We do use standard website measurement and advertising technologies that can involve sharing information about your visit, such as which pages you viewed and how you arrived. Opting out above switches those off for this browser.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You do not need to do anything else, and the panel above will tell you when it is already in effect.
Your other privacy rights
You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
